23rd Annual Holiday Networking Luncheon & Toy Drive
This luncheon is more than a tradition—it’s a movement. With over 550 service leaders gathering annually, including Mississippi’s first responders, counselors, pastors, teachers, and countless others, the impact resonates throughout our state. Honoring those within our own circles—like Coach Kiffin—reminds our community that local leadership and vulnerability have the power to change lives.
The event also supports our annual Toy Drive, benefiting hundreds of children—many from first responder families or local organizations facing hardship. Last year, our community came together to deliver joy and hope to over 750 children, a testament to the generosity and unity we share.
The Legacy of the Holiday Networking Luncheon & Toy Drive
For 23 years, the Holiday Networking Luncheon & Toy Drive has been more than a seasonal tradition—it’s a movement of service, celebration, and community impact. Held annually in Mississippi, this event brings together over 550 service leaders, including first responders, counselors, pastors, educators, and advocates who shape the heart of our state.
Honoring Our Heroes
Each year, we take time to reco
gnize the extraordinary individuals and organizations who embody the spirit of service and resilience. Through our signature awards, we celebrate:
- Champion in Recovery – Honoring someone who has turned personal healing into community hope
- The Difference Maker – Celebrating a leader whose actions have created lasting change
- First Responder of the Year – Recognizing bravery, compassion, and dedication in the line of duty
- Community Organization of the Year – Applauding a group whose collective efforts uplift those in need
These awards remind us that leadership isn’t just about titles—it’s about heart, courage, and the willingness to serve.
A Toy Drive That Transforms Lives
At the core of the luncheon is our annual Toy Drive, which brings joy to hundreds of children across Mississippi. Many come from first responder families or local organizations facing hardship. Last year, our community came together to deliver gifts and hope to over 750 children—a powerful testament to the generosity and unity that define this event.
More Than Networking
This luncheon is where stories are shared, partnerships are born, and lives are quietly changed. It’s a space where Mississippi’s finest gather not just to celebrate the season, but to reaffirm their commitment to one another and to the communities they serve.
This year’s event promises to be a celebration of courage, compassion, and connection. Let’s make December 2nd a day to remember—for those we honor, and for the children whose holidays we brighten.
The Holiday Networking Luncheon & Toy Drive isn’t just an event—it’s a celebration of Mississippi’s spirit. For 23 years, this gathering has united more than 550 service leaders from across the state—first responders, counselors, pastors, teachers, and everyday heroes—who pour their hearts into our communities year-round.
This luncheon is a moment to pause, reflect, and honor those who lead with courage and compassion. Through four deeply meaningful awards—Champion in Recovery, The Difference Maker, First Responder of the Year, and Community Organization of the Year—we shine a light on individuals and groups whose stories inspire hope and healing.
But the heart of the event beats strongest in the Toy Drive. Each year, hundreds of children—many from families facing hardship—receive gifts that remind them they are seen, valued, and loved. Last year, our community came together to bring joy to over 750 children. That’s not just generosity—it’s a promise that no child is forgotten during the holidays.
This isn’t just networking. It’s a reunion of purpose. A celebration of resilience. A reminder that when we come together, we create something far greater than ourselves.
Let’s make December 2nd a day of joy, gratitude, and connection—for those we honor, and for the children whose lives we touch.
